WAC510 stuck

WAC510 stuck

Hello,

 

For a few days now my netgear WAC510 has been frozen with an orange light under the logo indicating power on. Multiple restarts and attempts to restore the factory without success. Do you have any idea.

Welcome to the community! 

 

Given that you've already tried rebooting and performing a Factory Default, it might be a hardware issue on the WAC510.

 

That being said, please try contacting support to see if it's eligible for hardware replacement (instructions provided in this KB article).
