WAC720 locking up again...and now again...

Here we go again - I have 5 of these in an ensemble (4 currently online) [at this location].  I also have 4 of these in an ensemble at another location.  Atleast two of the units have started to lock up again at one location.  When they lock up, they cannot be pinged - they have to be manualy resarted.  I have been fighting with these since the day we got them.  We are currently running beta 3.9.0.6.  Getting really tired of spending al my time with support on these.  I need a solution ASAP.

We do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.

It seems that your devices are already running on beta firmware. We just need to wait for the official release that may resolve your issue.

Hi John,

Found this thread as we're having the same issue with 3x WAC720s running 3.9.0.3 locking up.  We're power cycling the PoE on the switch port to force reboot to fix.  Any further updates?

Please check with support - I am using a beta firmware 3.9.0.15 that has been working good for many months...
