WAC720 - no network link - units working fine

We have 12 of these at various sights - all working fine with te latest firmware.  We just noticed that on one of the units the network led is not on.  The unit works fine and the POE switch indicates no issues.  Is there any reason the light should not be lit - os is it just a malfunction?  Would this be covered under warranty?

Hi @ratherman,

 

I suggest you to perform a factory reset on the WAC720 wherein the network LED does not turn on.  Then, reconfigure the settings from scratch and observe if still the network LED will not lit up.  If ever the network LED still did not lit up then there is hardware fault on the access point.

I just want to follow-up on this.  Were you able to perform a factory reset on the WAC720 then reconfigure the settings from scratch?  If yes, does same problem occur wherein the network LED does not turn on?
