Is this product discontinued? I just bought it and I can't find any resources even the firmware on the website.

The WAX218PA is just a wax218 with a power supply.

What's the difference between MIB and Firmware?

Looks like the firmware isn't compatible. Any advice?

MIB is more for rolling it out to your whole system. Use the firmware image.

Try an earlier version instead of jumping to the latest.
