WAX630 firmware update failure

Not aware of any changes, try a step by step update using the earlier released version. On the WAX630 download page, https://www.netgear.com/support/product/wax630.aspx#download -> View Previous versions.
Unpacking the tar archve isn't equired, you can't uplod the individual componenta. Just expand the zip.
Avoid using "strange" tools for unzipping.
Curious: What unzip, and what client OS and Web browser? Any internet security tools or a proxy in place probably interfering with zip and/or tar archives?
When I locally upload the latest firmware file, attached is the error I get. I have used both an android phone running chrome and a windows 10 desktop, same result for each. Extracted like any other file using winrar.
- When clicking the "upgrade now" button in the actual access point UI.
- And here is when the device was managed by cloud via insight. It attempted and failed to update every few minutes.
