So we followed the instructions step by step from the nether support page to setup AD for our wireless controller/access points. We also called Netgear support without any luck.
When implemented using the directions from the Netgear support site, when you go to logon using a computer you enter your username and password, it says connecting, but asks for the credentials again and again. On an iPhone, you enter your username and password and it just takes forever before it asks you to enter the credentials again.
Please help ASAP - this is for a school!

I just got this working, and working well, using a windows NPS server (NPS is a regular role in Windows server).
Rather than external LDAP, you use external Radius. The NPS server acts as a radius server. My domain workstations connect instantly to the wireless, by vitue of them belonging to our domain. No user passwords etc.
Firmware is 18.104.22.168.
Happy to help if I can.
