WC9500 password issue
Hi,
I have a strange issue. Suddenly our WC9500 wireless controller won't accept our password to log into it. Is there a way to get access without factory resetting it? Controller was rebooted, still doing the same.

Kindly try to login using Incognito Mode in Chrome then check if it'll accept your password.
Is there anyone who is also authorized to login to the WC9500 that might change the password?
Just to inform you, on ProSAFE Wireless Controllers, if the web interface password is forgotten, mislaid, or known to the previous IT administrator, there is no way to recover. The only option is to factory reset the device. As reference, kindly check the article below:
