Do other devices see the WAX's 5ghz?
Just not the S22?

WAX610 Device not found also cannot install firmware.
Suddenly the subscription of my AP got over therefore can't control it via the insight app. Is it the issue for the device cannot be found? How to solve the issue. Also, the location light used to be blue, now it's yellow.

Re: WAX610 Device not found also cannot install firmware.
Login to your Insight account on https://insight.netgear.com/ and click on Devices or https://insight.netgear.com/#/organization/settings/devices ?
Does the Location show Need Attention somehow?
"Suddenly" could be after a year since the subscription was initially done? Have received any notifications from Netgear Insight from insightalerts@netgear.com or with the Subject: Insight Alert ?

Re: WAX610 Device not found also cannot install firmware.
It does not say Needs Attention.
And the subscription was over. I had mails in that concern.
But now my device can't be found pops up when I try to update the firmware in the insight.

With the subscription expired, plus some (30?) days of grace period, Insight does no longer allow to maintain any Insight managed device, including firmware updates.
Have only Insight Pro subscriptions with some or all subscriptions expired, these are the warnings showing up.
Is your AP presented in the App or the Web Portal as Offline? If yes, this is not caused by the Insight expiration.
Needless to say: I know why these two AP are shown Offline.
Yes, there are reasons why in some environments the Insight Managed APs show up as offline or with partial details only. Common examples are poorly managed security appliances blocking Internet access - a required key function to operate cloud based appliances.
As long as the WAX are connected to your local network, you can always open a Web browser, open a connection to the WAX LAN IP address, and login with the local admin password defined in the Insight Location Configuration settings.
