Wd930 issue

I have wd930 issue.

After correct installation I connected my laptop with utp for configuration. After typing the correct IP address for wd930. I get the login screen. After entering admin as username and password as password itself, i get an error that Ip adress is not reacting anymore. After that I can not get into the login screen anymore by refreshing the browser. After resetting the access point, i get login screen again but again same problemmm.

I tried different browser types: explorer and chrome
I tried also other pc

Access point is new from box and the unprotected wifi is working perfectly on the acces point

What can be the issue???

Possibly.

In that case you can open a support case with Netgear. Support is free for the first 90 days after purchase.

Then again, the WN930, which, as @FURRYe38 suggests, this may be, dates back five years or more.

Crikey. Good bit of research there.

An old bit of Netgear stuff from a long abandoned range.

Usual boilerplate replies.

Manuals are always a good place to start.

Visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Business Wireless - NETGEAR Communities
