wc7600v2 & wnap320

Hello! The wc7600v2 wireless controller has been updated to version V6.5.5.24 when adding Wnap320, the firmware is updated, the point goes into reboot and no longer works. In working condition, the access point can be returned only through the com port. WNAP320_V3.7.4.0 has firmware and newer.

@djon151,

Welcome to the community! 🙂

Was this working before?  How many WNAP320 are you trying to add?

Kindly try to update the firmware of the WNAP320 to the latest version which is v3.7.11.4 then try to add it again to the WC7600v2.  Check if the same problem will occur.

Re: wc7600v2 & wnap320

Hello!
We connect model points to Wnap 320 for the first time. Now the points Wac720, Wac730, Wnd930 are connected and are working. Updated WNAP320 to the latest version v3.7.11.4, the problem still remains. When connected, it goes out, updates the firmware from the controller, goes into reboot and gets into an inoperative state.

Re: wc7600v2 & wnap320

@djon151,

I apologize for the late response. 😞  Since it seems the WNAP320 gets stuck in a reboot, it could be possible that the WNAP320 is not getting an IP address via DHCP.  Kindly check to ensure the WNAP320 will get an IP Address via DHCP, otherwise it will get into reboot loop.

Regards,
