AC1900 Nighthawk reboots same exact time every day

I installed a new ac1900 dual band and it looses internet (both 2.4 and 5 signals) everyday at 12:55. The only thing I can see is that is loses the locks on both down and upstream channels. It comes back up about 10 minutes later. Comcast keeps resending a provisioning file which seems to help, although after about 10 min the router comes back on its own so that re-provisioning solution might be conincidental. I am on Firmware Version V1.01.23,  I am not losing power, it impacts all devices, wired and wireless. Comcast says they don't 'see' any service interruption. Just started with this router. Anyone have suggestions? I can't see a scheduled daily reboot option anywhere, is there one?

Is it possible that the comcast DHCP lease expires then and is being renewed?  The router log should say. That shouldn't take 10 minutes to refresh, but still might be the trigger.

Also, this is a C7000 correct?  (a gateway).

Thanks StephenB. Yep, its a combo modem router. You are right it looks like its less than 10 minutes. Nighthawk AC1900 wi-fi cable modem router (C7000).

I need to read more on how to interpret the log statements, I can see where the internet connection was dropped, and there are a lot of DoS Attack: Ping of death comments. In the event log there are a lot of these comments prior to the drop time: SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing;; 2017-1-30, 12:58:02 Critical (3) Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received -

Also, I looked at the DHCP lease, it expires at 5:20am according to the one device that is always on. Thanks again.

This is likely the real issue, not the ping of death stuff.   You could let comcast know, and see what they say. If the router is brand new, you could also exchange it with the seller.

The messages above relate to the path between the router and Comcast.
