Any way to see report about internet traffic usage?

Netgear C7000-100NAS, Comcast Xfinity network

As many of you know, Comcast is now charging for data over 1.2Tb/month. According to Comcast, in 2020 we consistently used less than 400Gb/month (range 318-383 for July through December, so that's pretty darn consistent).

However, suddenly for January, they're showing us as using 765 just in the past 19 days, so on track to potentially go over the limit.

Is there anything I can do/use that will give me a rundown on the top places that are sucking up the data? FYI we're two old farts who are set in our ways and haven't changed our watching/online habits one bit, so either something's wrong, we have something in the background someplace that's suddenly useing up a lot more bandwidth, or Comcast is being creative in their measurement techniques that just oh so coincicentally coincides with the start of when they'll start charging us for "excess usage."

Other than Traffic Meter, thers not much at all to figure out which devcie is using up data. If the modem has Traffic Meter support, it only gives a over all data usage that comes thru the modem. Nothing detailed to specific devices.
