At Wits end trying to figure out multiple internet drops a day
I have been having multiple internet drops a day. Here is some info:
I am able to ping router when internet drops, Modem is unpingable
Upstream light sometimes is blinking
I have had comcast come out and remove any splitters to router and now have a direct line to router from the street. When the tech came out he said the signal looked good and power levels looked good.
My error logs are attached.
Every time it goes out I notice T3 and T4 timeouts in the logs and sometimes I get warning messages about power
Anyone have any idea here? Comcast coming out has done nothing...

Re: At Wits end trying to figure out multiple internet drops a day
t3 and t4 tends to be line/signal issues. and the range window violations tend to be power increasing/decreasing out of the optimal window.
Do you have your cable connections page? thats used in conjunction with the logs.
if you have any splitters, amplifiers or attenuators in the coax line, remove them.
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
