I have a C7800 firmware version V3 01.43 (latest). My issue is I migrated from a netgear C6300 series modem/router to get better coverage inside my house. The C6300 modem/router worked fine. When I switched to the C7800 I assumed it would be plug and play. Wrong. With the new setup wired computers can only see wired computers and wireless computers can only see wireless computers. I have worked extensively with support and even switched out the router once. No one has an explanation after many rounds with support. They are always courteous and mostly knowledgable but no one can help here. This should be a relatively easy fix if there is one. Multiple hard resets, Tried just about every combination of settings. The fact it worked before says to me it's not a problem with the computers even thought they have been modified as suggested by support. All computers are windows 10. 2 are wireless, one is wired and one laptop can be wired or wireless. When the laptop is wireless it can see the wireless devices, but not the wired device. When the laptop is wired it can see the wired device but not the wireless. I can ping the devices from each other so they are connected on the net, just not visible to each other. All disks are shared. Any suggestions are appreciated. RIght now this thing is a dud.
