C3000 frequent disconnects, intermittent service - what's wrong?

For the last 72 hours, my service has been cutting in and out. My ISP (Time Warner) says everything is fine from their end. Like most people, I can't get any free support from Netgear as my device is more than a year old. Sometimes, when my connection is working, the upstream light is blinking - but the connection still works, albeit a little slowly. It seems like every few minutes it's resetting itself somehow. Maybe trying to update? I'll post the event log and connection stats here. MANY thanks for help!

Can anyone help? Here's my latest logs. I just had a period of no issues for 48 hours and 5 minutes ago it cut out and now I have same issue again. Could it be any of the reasons I cite below? Should I try an attenuator?

I am seeign your having alot of T3 timeouts are you noticing dropouts during certain times during the day? I have seen snr issues cause these drop outs also I have seen over utilization. But the first thing I would do is make sure your modem is connected directly to the cable outlet with not splitters or if it possible try moving to another active cable outlet in your home to see if you still experience these issues. hope to hear your feedback.
