C6220 - Unable to disable WMM - no smart appliances able to connect
Hello!
I have a few smart appliances that I have been trying to connect to my router (C6220) and all of them fail to connect to my wifi. I went through multiple tech support sessions with multiple companies (verify 5gz is turned off, verify no static IP, verify ATF is off, etc.) and the only common factor they seem to keep pointing to is that WMM is recommended to be disabled, but it appears to be enabled by default on my router settings. The checkbox is greyed out, so I am unable to uncheck this as they all keep suggesting.
The only Netgear guide I can find for disabling it says to go to QoS setup, but my router doesn't have this tab as an option under advanced settings anywhere that I can find. Does anyone have any advice on how to disable WMM on this router, or is this router just unable to provide a suitable wifi network for home appliances? Or, if anyone has experience with getting this router to work with home appliances, I would appreciate any help.
Thanks

In the R7800, you go to Advanced -> Setup -> QoS Setup. There the WMM tab is a funny gray color but still active if you click on it. Under the WMM tab you can then disable WMM. If you have Dynamic QoS disabled, you may have to enable it to get the WMM tab active. When you are done, then disable Dynamic QoS.
Background, but you may have already found this: https://kb.netgear.com/221/WMM-WiFi-Multimedia
My setup: Comcast -> Netgear CM2050V -> Netgear R9000 (Voxel V1.0.4.70HF)
