C6250 random ping spikes and disconnection
I just bought the Netgear C6250 modem/wifi unit to replace the default router provided by Comcast so I can have more control over the guest networks and such. I noticed during gameplay, my ping would jump from 15-20ms ping to about 100-200 causing some stutter in my gameplay, which is a pretty big deal for me. This was never a problem when using the comcast router.
The modem doesn't offer QoS, which i hear could be a problem and I'm not sure what else it could be. Also, when I turn on my PC for the first time in a while, usually when I come home from work, it has been disconnected from the WiFi. No, it doesn't disconnect out of no where, just when it has been turn off for a while. Any ideas?

Re: C6250 random ping spikes and disconnection
Are you able to post your modem logs and the power levels? also do you have a cable splitter connected to the modem if so you may try removing it and see if anything improves.
