My wireless devices all of a sudden can't see the SSID of the 2.4G channel of my router. The 5G channel is still visible. I've had this router for probably 2 years and have been using the 2.4G channel without issue. What may be causing this and how to resolve? I need the 2.4G channel because i have 2 old devices that can't detect 5G.
Thanks!

Have you logged into the router to see if the 2.4ghz ssid broadcast was disabled?
Or even just tried a factory reset and reinstall? I'd normally tell you to reinstall the firmware but with combo devices, the isp controls the firmware.
