C7000V2 upstream/downstream amber light and sometimes no internet connection

Hi,

 

I have a netgear mode/router C7000V2. It lost connection today and after I reset, the upstream and downstream indicator both show amber light. I check with comecast it said the signal looks good and the issue is modem/router. I had the same issue in the past which I lost internet connection in a sudden and need to reset it. I wonder what is causing this? I check my upsteam and downstream log, posted here. Also post the event log here. Could anyone help me with this? AppreciatedCapture 1.JPG

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
