C7000v2 issues
Please help! I have a c7000 v2 WiFi cable router and modem combo and I am always having issues with the tv getting fuzzy picture and freezing a bit. On the router itself, the 3rd light down (Upstream LED) always blinks and the 2.4GHz has been blinking a little bit here and there. I reset the router the other day and it worked fine, but it is doing it again and I shouldn't have to keep resetting the unit. Any ideas what is happening or what I should do?

Re: C7000v2 issues
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Do you know if the TV supports 5Ghz frequency as well?
Does the TV have a ethernet wired port in back?:
What is the distance between the modem and TV?

Re: C7000v2 issues
log into the c7000v2 and get a screen snip of the modems connections page. It'll have the upstream/downstream connection info.
Post that screen snip back here.
Reason I say that is the upstream/downstream icon's should be solid. If they're blinking, they're searching for a channel to lock on.
If you have any splitters, attenuators, amplifiers in line, remove them. preferably, connect the C7000 to right where the coax enters the home. this prevents the wiring in the home being the issue.
In regards to the wifi @FURRYe38 is steering you correctly.

Re: C7000v2 issues
I am having trouble logging in. Every time it just brings me to the reset password page and I've done it like 15 times and keeps bringing me back to that over and over again

Re: C7000v2 issues
Try factory resetting. There's the password recovery option but if it isn't working or wasn't setup, it just loops.
Factory reset by pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. The lights should blink when held long enough.
