CAX30 has to restart multiple times a day

I have the latest firmware and have had no issue in the past with connectivity.  For some reason, after losing power during a storm a few weeks ago, I now have to restart the router every few hours because it just loses internet connectivity.  The network is still active, just no internet.  I tried a factory reset and that did not help.

Re: CAX30 has to restart multiple times a day

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

What ISP are you with?

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
https://kb.netgear.com/30007/How-do-I-obtain-the-cable-connection-information-from-a-NETGEAR-cable-m...
https://kb.netgear.com/30008/How-do-I-view-or-clear-the-event-logs-on-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-or-mode...

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Re: CAX30 has to restart multiple times a day

So I got Spectrum out and there was a 15db drop in signal from the source to my modem/router.  They removed a three way splitter that had a 5db attenuation and the modem passed the signal test.  I Then connected my main PC to the modem via ethernet to test (if it did need to be reset again) to see if the wifi was having issues separate from the hard connection.  I still have to reset router for wifi, though the ethernet doesnt have the same loss of signal.  I tried disabling the smartconnect to see if that does anything? Maybe the router choosing between 2.4 and 5ghz is an issue? I also cleared the event log yesterday and recorded the current event log below.  All firmwares are up to date.

Re: CAX30 has to restart multiple times a day

Power is OK however some channels and power are all over the place. You have some up high as +5db and one thats -1.4db. Its all over the place. Power on all channels should be with in 3db of each other accross all channels.

ISP needs to look into whats going on on the ISP service line up to the modem and review and resolve all Criticals and Errors seen on the Event Logs page.

Heres my CAX30:
