CAX80 - All ethernet Ports not working, No Wifi neither
Hi Community,
Need some help from the experts. My internet suddenly stopped yesterday. I checked with Xfinity, from their end, all communications were normal, they do not see anything between them and the modem that's off. I tried to troubleshoot further, and realized that the router portion of the device was completely dead. All 5 ethernet ports are not functional, the wifi button to turn on 2.4gHz and 5gHz signal was not working neither. I tried to get Netgear's tech-support or make a warranty claim, and found out both expired in Nov 2021.... I bought the device in Aug 2021. This is my last ditch to get some expert help before considering $400 down the drain in less than 12 months of use. Really appreciate the help!
