CG4500BD Port Forwarding not working on router
I am connecting a TENVIS camera to TinyCam Pro App running on my mobile through a Netgear CG4500BD wireless router over a COX cable ISP.
The video and control works fine using the wireless LAN via the App running on the mobile Mobile but does NOT work through a WAN connection (Mobile with wireless turned off).
I have configured the router Port Forwarding trying a number of ports (80, 8080, 85, 8085) and still doesn't work. I verified with Cox Cable that they are not blocking any traffic. I literally have spend hours trying to get the WAN connection to work. Any suggestions on what the problem could be? It seems to be a router issue.
Snipit from router:

The setting in TinyPro are
Camera Name: JSKCAM
Camera vendor: Tenvis
Camera Model JPT3815W-HD
Host name IP: 68.104.###.# (numbers obmitted)
Web Port Number: 8085
Protocol: Snapshot (JPEG)
RTSP ( is grayed out)
Use SSL (Is NOT checked)
I used NETGEAR Genie network mapping tool and verified the JSKCAM has a static IP of 192.168.0.15. Also that the WAN address is: 68.104.###.# (actual numbers obmitted)
