CM 700 Cable Modem drops connection - upstream LED flashing
I have RCN in Chicago abd the internet drops off multiple times a day. They say all is good on their end. Usually it will come back online after several minutes, but sometimes it requires a reset of the cable modem (unplug, wait 30 seconds, replug). When this happens the upstream LED is flashing, like it isn't able to lock onto an upstream channel. What can I do to fix this so that I don't drop connection in the middle of work meetings anymore? I've also attached the event log from the modem if that helps.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: CM 700 Cable Modem drops connection - upstream LED flashing
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
