CM100 downstream light flashing
Internet was working fine yesterday, today nothing. Service provider said they’re not seeing a connection. I rebooted modem and router Negear 1750 several times and nothing doing. Downstream light flashing. Any ideas what more I can do?

Re: CM100 downstream light flashing
yes.
Check the cable for any splitters, amplifiers, signal attenuators and remove them.
If possible, move the modem to directly where the wire enters the home and connect it there. this prevents cable issues in runs in the walls from being the issue.
Check the coax cable for kinks, damage, corrosion, loose connections, poor/cheap connectors.
Get a screen snip of the cable connections page and the modem logs and post them back here.
