CM2000 lasts 18 months?
Got this CM2000 in 2021 July now its dead.
And thats it? 18 months of use is all we can expect for a $280 Modem.
Seriously?
Its sits on an ATS spanning two UPS's (APC 5k's) and on lightning arrestor bypass. But yet it dies
Not sure if this is a reflection of other flagship products but now I'm weary to redo anything to NetGear.

What do you mean by "dies"?
Does it not power ON or can you not access the modems web page at 192.168.100.1 at all with a wired PC connected in back?

Does not power on.
Swapped 12v dc adapter no power on.
Added an ammeter to the device to check for amp draw when it starts, none.
No lights. Just dead

OK, I've passed this on to NG. The weekend here so may not see anything until next week.
Will keep on it.
