CM500 T3 errors and reboots
Had this modem for 3 years, no problem, for 4 days now, out of the blue connection dies, and the whole modem needs to restart to get the connection back. Xfinity 75 - no change in contract, network/devices. I have tried restarting modem and tightened cables.
Just wondered if anyone can check the numbers on my modem logs to see if they know where the issue is?
Am trying to get Xfinity to help too. It died about an hour ago. I posted event log, versions + cable upstream/downstream in this dropbox folder

Any ideas?
Thanks!
Lucy

Re: CM500 T3 errors and reboots
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
