Can not access CM1100 admin over PC connected WiFi

I am trying to wifi access the admin for my CM1100 cable modem using the ip address 192.168.100.1  hrough my wifi Linksys router.

 

 

It will not connect with that IP addresses.

 

How do I do this????????

Can you access that address with a wired PC thru the router? Possible that router is blocking something thru wifi. Something to ask the Mfr of that router about.
