Can not connect to internet when directly connected to modem via Ethernet
All lights are solid green expect for the Ethernet light which is blinking green. Can sometimes get internet to do a basic google search to run the speed test and I get my normal download but 0 upload . Got on to the 192.168.100.1 and saw the cable connection is connected. The isp provider had me restart it and even when all lights went green they couldn’t detect it.

Re: Can not connect to internet when directly connected to modem via Ethernet
Also just thought I should add I can get to most web pages it just takes awhile and then will disconnect me. Also was on discord and could talk for a second and then it kept disconnecting and reconnecting and still is. Almost like I get enough internet to do something small like open a web page then it goes away .

Re: Can not connect to internet when directly connected to modem via Ethernet
Any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in the line? if so, remove them.
Take a screen snip of the cables connections page and post it back here.
Preferrably, move the modem to right where the coax enters the home and directly connect it.
the isp might need to check the line.
