Can't access 192.168.100.1
Hello.
I just got a new modem CM1100 and I can't seem to access 192.168.100.1 on my pc. I can access it perfectly fine on my cellphone though. Default gateway seems to point to my router 192.168.1.1 if that is of any relevance. ISP is WOW. I had the SB6190 modem before and was able to access with that modem but had to get a new modem due to lag spikes.
Any ideas on why I cannot access?

What Mfr and model# router do you have connected between the CM modem and PC.
Can you connect to the modem directly with a PC?

Re: Can't access 192.168.100.1
the router is a netgear R7000P. I can connect directly but I still won't be able to access 192.168.100.1. I have already tried unpluging, disconnecting the coax, connecting directly to my pc, and then plugging back in with the coax disconnected. That doesn't allow me in 192.168.100.1 either.

Re: Can't access 192.168.100.1
I would either make contact with NG support or get you another modem. Seems like the modem maybe in a bad state.
