Cm2000 power cord safety issue
I have an issue with my cm2000 modem that while plugged in the power adapter heats up to an extremely dangers level in which it can cause a burn or potential fire and have tried numerous times to get a replacement cord and have tried contacting this horrible company and are unable to get anyone to assist. I am only asking for a replacement power cord and this company is refusing stating my warranty expired. Since this is a safety hazard and can cause injury or fire you would think they would send a replacement ( I even offered to pay for it) but can’t seem to get anyone here to send me a new one or advise where I can buy one since there store says they don’t sell them. If anyone can maybe provide some info would be great.

Re: Cm2000 power cord safety issue
Please find a comparable power adapter with same voltage and amps at places like Amazon or some e-tailer that sells power supply altermatives. Multi voltage and amp power adapters will work as well.
