Could There Be A Provisioning Issue?
I got a new Netgear C7000v2 for my Optimum Online service. I pay for 200DL/35UL. With this modem/Router connected, I get 27DL/5UL. I did a self-install and everything went well without errors. Multiple speed tests from Optimum and speedtest.net show the slower speeds. I checked all connections, hard reset the modem/router, and changed out cables. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try having them reprovision it?
Are those speeds hardwired?

Re: Could There Be A Provisioning Issue?
Thank you for the response. Yes, I had them reprovision the modem. As far as the speeds, I am connected directly to the modem via cat 6E cable. Are there any issues with the cable connection or logs? I'm not sure what to look for.

Your cable connection looks good but the event logs is the one we need.
