HDD shows in C3700 Network map but not available for backup
I have my Netgear C3700 connected to a Toshiba model DWC130 3TB HDD. The HDD shows up in the Netgear genie network map. In ReadyShare Vault app, it shows no backup drive available. I cannot find any guidance on how to resolve this.

Re: HDD shows in C3700 Network map but not available for backup
I am really disappointed that a Netgear employee read my post, and didn't offer any suggestion on how to fix my problem. The minimal documents I have don't say anthing about this situtation. Isn't there any additional documentation that you could offer on Readyshare?
