I can ping but cannot log into C7000
I've setup a new C7000 v2. Everything is functioning well, almost. From my desktop - and only this desktop - I can ping the router, surf the net and do everything else, except access the admin page. I have tried different browsers; wired and wireless; the ip address (192.168.1.1) and routerlogin.net. I have cleared browser history. I've cleared the routing table, and rebooted my pc several times. Each time it's the same: Unable to connect, or some variant of that. I am about to sacrifice a goat next.
Nighthawk Android connects, as does a laptop (wireless and connected to the modem.)
Can anyone offer a suggestion? What am I missing?

Re: I can ping but cannot log into C7000
"cannot" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

Which you chose how, exactly?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for
"Troubleshoot".
You might also try "192.168.100.1".

As suggested above, an actual URL with an actual error message would
be more helpful than "I did something, and got some message or other."
