I have a WNDR4300 dual band Router N750

When I log in and open up Attached Devices I see one labled Gainspana 13FC4 and one labled Gainspana 12F0B.  I don't recognize these.  Are they inherent to net gear or should they be blocked?

Could they be an intruder?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Also I am unable to download new update.

A Google search for Gainspana suggests that there could any number of home devices that use this Wi-Fi name.  Here is one about a FitBit scale (link).
