I have a c6900 that shows firmware v1.01.27. Netgear indicates v1.01.31. What changes were in past
When I log on to modem, I see firmware v1.01.27. The netgear sites that list the latest firmware for COX is v1.01.31. COX says I already have the latest and indicate there is no higher version even on their to-do list. https://kb.netgear.com/000036375/What-s-the-latest-firmware-version-of-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-or-mod... My questions are: - when were releases .27 to .31 issued, and what might have changed in them. I'm trying to determine how long ago v27 came out and the timeline of the subsequent releases. - I'm trying to determine if COX is stalling or if these updates were originally are insignificant. Also, if anything that might be significant in the updates that may drastically affect the modems performance.

Thats something the NG support may know for your model modem. NG doesn't post FW files for cable modems. There sent directly to ISP for there testing to ensure it doesn't break anything on there networks. Then ISPs push out to customer modems. NG doesn't do this.
ISPs should know this as well, however not sure if 1st level phone support would have access to this.
