Usually its not a password. You usually give your ISP the mac address to add to their system.

Maybe some more details of whats going on and who's your ISP might help

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
