I’m experiencing the same thing with my CA30 bought a year ago. It won’t even boardcast wifi can’t see wifi in any device, tried ethernet cable from modem to pc but it won’t work. Tested with old modem wifi + ethernet cable work fine. Just completely dead modem now.

Re: Cax30 constant issues
All ports dead? Try other ports and swap LAN cables.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch.
Do you have wifi connection with the modem? You can send the FW update over wifi if you can connect that way.

Re: I’m experiencing the same thing with my CAX30
You'll need to contact NG support and ask for an RMA.
I'd contact the forum moderator on this for there help.
