Recently had a power outage and cable outage. Internet now running and able to connect to a laptop. However does not connect to mobile phones or TVs. Internet Service provider states internet service is working. Any advice for fixing connectivity to the mobiles phones or TVs?

Re: Internet connection issues
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Cable modems and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Re: Internet connection issues
Have you simply went into those devices and "forgotten" the network and reconnected devices?

Your router does not connect to mobile phones or TVs. They connect to the router
Tried starting everything in the recommended order?
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
Then restart the wifi devices.
