Issue with Modem CM1000 and router working together
Having issue with Modem CM1000, working with Router tplink AAC4000. Initially when I setup the router it was working for about a day. Then it started to cause the modem to basically shut off > no lights on Power, uplink, download , internet. The light for the network showed orange.
If I turn off the router > the modem functions again.
Soon as turn on the router > same thing happens
Below the Modem status and Event logs from the days issue.
Hardware Version 2.02
Firmware Version V6.01.07

Re: Issue with Modem CM1000 and router working together
Try a NG router. TP-Link isn't recommended.
Be sure your using good quality LAN cable. CAT6 is recommended.

Re: Issue with Modem CM1000 and router working together
Getting a new Router is not the issue the Archer A20 is new. After researching the errors that the modem was reporting, going to get my ISP to investigate my lines into the house for noise.
Thank you for the response on the issue.

Re: Issue with Modem CM1000 and router working together
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
