It keeps showing up with the same settings as before it doesn't want to factory reset

I am having the same exact problems described and I am also trying to factory reset the router. It keeps showing up with the same settings as before it doesn't want to factory reset. Worst part is I can't seem to make it to the router's settings page. It also doesn't let me connect to the wifi on some of my devices.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

How are you factory resetting?

It is a CAX80, I saw the sticky post about it and messaged the appropriate people. I have tried resetting it holding the reset button, doing that while power cycling it, and the erase function in the router settings. I an not sure what exact version number it was because I currently cannot get to the router settings. It was on the lastest because I checked for updates earlier when I could access the router settings.
