Me
Hi,
I have a netgear router. The download and upload speed is really good. There is no problem when I do web searching, watch YouTube, and use most mobile apps. However, when I use the messaging app, called KakaoTalk (popular among Koreans), there are some problems. The messaging function is not activated sometimes. They just show me "Loading your chat" (see the image below). Is there any one who can give me tips to solve this issue? When I use the messaging app using wifi in my friends' homes and office, there is no problem.
Thanks.

Re: Me
When I use the app in my friends' homes, the app works correctly. It's not related to carrier.
