Model C3700v2 Slow Download/Upload speeds

Xfinity checked their end and now suggested for Netgear to send a "Hit"? to the router.

They ran tests on their end and made improvents on their end. No improvment from the router.

Router has been reset several times with no change

Download speed - 33.1 Mbps

Upload Speed - 12.5 Mbps

Latency - 49 ms

Protocol - IPV4

Can't find a netgear support nop. to call

What device are you using to test speeds with?

And what website?

Re: Model C3700v2 Slow Download/Upload speeds

what speeds do you get hardwired?

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream power levels of the modem) and the event logs?

that lets us check the signal
