I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
Somebody told me to contact my ISP for troubleshooting. If anything how do I do that or is there anyway to fix this?
Only you know who your ISP is and how you are supposed to communicate with them. Look at the bills they send you?
