Netgear Gateway C6300v2 wifi network cannot be found
Hello, up until today my modem/router worked just fine.
The internet went out and I unplugged the device to reset it. i was able to continue working from home hard wired into the modem but noticed that the WIFI symbol wasn't appearing on my phone, nor could I connect my smart TVs to my Wi-Fi name. The Wi-Fi name doesn't even appear in the list of networks to connect it. very weird and I have never had this happen.
Any help?
Model: Netgear Gateway C6300v2
Firewall:V1.03.06
I'm
not sure what other information to include.

There is a chance you accidentally turned off the Wi-Fi radios during the unplug/reset operation. The second indicator and button from the top is also a switch to turn the radios on or off. The reset operation does not override this switch.
See attached from the manual.

I decided to factory reset from the modem and the website and that worked.

Thanks for responding. That was not off. I clicked those buttons several times.
