Netgear registration error

I accidentally entered an incorrect email (one letter out of place) when trying to register my device.  It cannot send me a confirmation email because that email doesn't exist.  I'd like to register my device but the online form will not allow me as it says this SSN has already been registered.  Assistance needed.
