Networks disappeared

I tried to move our modem/router and after hooking it up and turning it on our networks no longer show up. I have tried unplugging everything, turning the Wi-Fi connection on and off, and the factory reset button. Nothing seems to work. The networks don’t show up on any of our devices, mobile and computers. Any help is appreciated

Re: Networks disappeared

Are you referring to the Wifi SSID name?
Have you setup a new SSID name for each radio on the modem?

Re: Networks disappeared

Yeah I guess it’s the SSID that’s not showing up. The actual modem says it’s connected to the internet and receiving a signal, but non of our devices can see the network. Aka it’s not an option under the WiFi connections and n our devices.

Re: Networks disappeared

On the front of the router, 2nd button down is a wifi led on/off button. Try that.

Re: Networks disappeared

Are the lights for 2.4/5 ghz lit up?

You said you factory reset? Pushed and held reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?

If you log into the router, have you checked to see what ssid/password is set?

Re: Networks disappeared

Thanks for the help everyone.
I did another factory reset(must not have done it the proper way the first time). And the SSID is back and I can connect via my iPhone. However my browser says I’m not connected to the server. All the proper lights are on on the modem.
