How can I connect our landline phones to the C7000v2 modem/router?

You won't be able to connect you phone to this device.  It doesn't have an rj11 phone port. You will need a modem/router will need that port.

Instead of getting phone service through your isp, you could always do something like Ooma for home phone line usage. 

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
