No matter how long I do the factory reset
I had the same issue. no hope , no matter how long I do the factory reset. Thinking about bought new cable mordem . so mad at neatgear

So do you not get access to the setup wizard at 192.168.1.1 after you factory reset the modem for 10 second press on the reset button with a wired PC?
If you can gain access to the modems web page, be sure to downgrade the FW to v1.4x:

Can NOT even get in 192.168.1.1, wifi death as well. There no way that I can access to the moderm

I recommend you reach out to a forum moderator and ask for help there. RMA comes to mind if everything has been tried.
