As I read this, you can access the Web in general, but not the Web
interface of the router itself. Right?
Have you power-cycled the router? I know nothing about the
CG3000Dv2, but there are firmware bugs on at at least one other router
model which can kill the router's Web server, which could explain this
sort of behavior. With those bugs, restarting the router restarts the
router's Web server, restoring normal operation. Until, that is, the
user hits the wrong button on a management Web page, and again kills the
router's Web server. But you should be able to get a Web page instead
of a browser error before things fail (again?).
